Bill and his team has done an awesome job over and over again! One time I didn't really think we would get closed with another agents buyer, but the buyer switched to Bill and he closed it in 17 days. It was impressive!!!

Your staff does not know how to communicate to the client. Your company obviously operates on a "pass the buck" system where no one takes responsibility. We have been hung up on, lied too, and extremely inconvenienced. Because of their lack of professionalism and work ethic, we came close to losing a house.

A more personal approach speaking with the client either in person or via telephone more during the overall process. All communication was conducted solely via electronic communication with the exception of the first communication and one other communication.
