I wasn't there for the installation but my brother was and he did an excellent job and very professional and nice. Neat and clean as well. No complaints.
Both the initial appointment for a quote and the actual installation were very good experiences. The owner is very personable. The installers were polite, friendly, and worked at a continuous pace. I am thrilled to have both a water softener and an RO unit in my home. I have wanted them installed since we purchased our home. Biotech did an excellent job. Thanks.
I have not had time to see how well the system works, but the service from BIOTECH was top notch all the way.

Very good jobs, clean installation, On time and good price comparing to a friend who previously did the same things.
We shopped around and did interview several softwater companies but BioTech was the only one who new we needed a system with a trap because of the type of septic tank that we have. We called around and informed ourselves and BioTech was the only one who was correct and percise of what we needed. The system was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but we are certainly worry free of any future surprices and happy we chose BioTech.
I wish Mr. Martinez had informed us that he will be using our own bag of salt that was sitting in the garage with the Biotech salt they brought with them. As relayed to me by Bob , my partner, according to Mr.Hank who sold us the water softener, the salt being used by their company is much better than the ordinary Morton salt sold in the market. So, why did Mr. Martinez mixed our left-over bag of salt with theirs?. Furthermore, the Biotech salt is better and CLEANER according to Mr. Hank. A response from the installer is muc... read more

I've had three water treatment systems in the past and at this point "nothing" compares to BioTech Water Systems!!! You want "clean" water, you want "Pure" water, you want the added benefit of "Conditioned" water - look no further, go BIOTECH!!!
