Hank was terrific in explaining the project and what was required. could or would it work here or there better and why. very thorough. his staff was equal to the task as well. did what they said they would and on time. excellent results.
Hank, the owner, is very knowledgeable. His product is truly unique.
While this wan't my cheapest option, I definitely felt like it was the best option.
Outstanding product, given the heat in San Antonio, I preferred their mechanical solution to the possibility of an electric one, also, their solution to the install was simpler and cheaper than all the others I spoke with
System was installed on a Friday. When the RO tank did not fill up overnight as expected, I notified Hank of the problem on Saturday morning and he was proactive in scheduling a technician to come out that afternoon. In the meantime, I moved the valve setting on the tank back and forth and that seemed to clear the problem (and no, it was not in the "off" position to begin with). Appreciate Hank's promptness in working to resolve the issue.
the system hasn't been installed yet. but so far we are very pleased with Hank.
Work was performed on schedule. Workers were quick, professional & experienced. We were happy with the outcome.
Great to deal with, no high pressure sales. Installation crew did a great job and custom ran line to refrigerator to provide RO Drinking water
They are a little expensive compared to the others, but Mr Deutsch convinced me that in the long term I would be satisfied.
