The replacement water softener I purchased is doing very well at this point. I am counting on the BioTech sales person feels that I will likely not have to replace this softener in my lifetime. I am a "young senior".
BioTech was one of the best choices I've made since purchasing my home. Our house was built in 1998 and was not plumbed for a water softener, so our water was incredibly hard. After speaking with Hank, he came and checked out our home and customized a setup that is perfect for our application. They trenched the yard and even used an auger to run the line beneath the driveway to place the faucets where we wanted them.
