Great service for a very reasonable price. These guys are experts at their trade.
I’d just like to say that Hank, the owner of this business personally came out to my home to discuss our needs for a new water softener. We did not have to deal with any sales people who tried selling something that was not wanted or needed. Once the installation was complete, there was a small leak and I called it in and Joe called me back immediately and was able to talk me through the steps on how to get it to stop. Very courteous and on time to the appointment. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install a water filtration system.
The owner came out himself to provide me with information about the company and it's products. He was very nice and very thorough. Not only about his company, but, about his competitors. There is no comparison. His is the best product and the best company. I will recommend him to friends and family.
Hank was terrific in explaining the project and what was required. could or would it work here or there better and why. very thorough. his staff was equal to the task as well. did what they said they would and on time. excellent results.
