very professional and knowledgeable staff! The install and instructions were very thorough and they fixed a leaking pipe that they did not have to. I would definetely recommend them to anyone in the future!
Couldn't be happier with the professionalism & service. After sitting through a water softener presentation from another company, where I felt like I was trapped in a never ending Infomercial, I was pleasantly surprised with the personalized service I received from Biotech. He offered to come to my house on the weekend the same say I contacted Service Magic. He came and was very helpful in general. I will be using him when I decide to start the project.
They were very well informed and provided a lot of information on water systems. Hank was a very honest guy, we enjoyed his presentation.
All work was done on time, within budget and in a professional manner.
The presentation about what would be done while installing a water softened was excellent. It is now installed. The workers were fast and efficient. All in all, we were very pleased with BioTech and would be glad to recommend this company to people who are interested in a water softening system.
