First one died and they were good about sending a replacement (but only mentioned they wanted the broken one back after I'd discarded it). It feels like a TENS unit, can't really tell the difference. Well after reading about the device and many positive reviews on Amazon I decided to by now to work on my back pain. Being a prime member the unit came the next day. I followed the instructions, charged it up, connected it up and started a treatment. In less than four minutes it lost its charge and stopped. After receiving and un boxing the unit, I carefully opened the small plastic envelope that held the sticky pads & electronic leads. As soon as I picked one up, one of the leads came out of the plastic clip and I couldn't get it to stay back in. The wires are very thin and fragile and I expect the device to last less than a year. It's touchy and hard to get a good connection. I am looking for something sturdier that doesn't cost thousands but for now I am stuck with this.

It probably shocks - chiroquacks' E-stem machines do. Further, if you suffer from fibromialga, this thing is likely to trigger an episode. That's what happened to my wife when she still believed in chiroquacky and let one use the e-stim on her.
