1.0 out of 5 stars Had to Return the Item My husband wanted it to use on his knee; we received the item quickly, however, after much frustration, we found out from the manufacturer that based on what we told them, it was not working properly. Had to return it to them today via FedEx, and when they receive it, they will send us another one. So, for now, we are not happy.
