In their literature they state to return the device to them for a battery replacement. 2.0 out of 5 stars Didn't Help For Me It didn't help for my neck and back pain, nor for my shoulder blade, knee and foot pain. Also the sensation from the electrical stimulation is uncomfortable. The BioWave was no better than a cheap TENS device, which I also have. BioWave is supposed to penetrate deeper to the nerves. Maybe so, but it didn't block the pain for me. It has died and will not charge after a little over 60 days (I have charged and recharged it a total of 4 times before it died.) Avoid

I used three sets of Sticky Pads. In the entire time that I’ve had this machine I’ve never used another single sticky pad. But my Machine no longer works. 1.0 out of 5 stars Don't buy it I have a Biowavego and an Omron. The Biowavego unit is expensive but ok. The replacement pads are a ripoff. I rather use the Omron as the prices of the pads are 1/10 the price of Biowavego pads.

2.0 out of 5 stars Worked great for a week…. Worked great for a week then kept throwing a cable disconnect error code. I contacted customer service. Still waiting for a replacement (it’s been over a month) don’t waste your money. Buy the cheaper TENS unit on here that is $25. That one has been working for a couple months now, no problems.
