I went for the very first time last night, to say I won't go back is an understatement! Avoid this place! Waiter was slow! She stood around and was less then helpful with food or actually waiting on the table. Then they bring us a bill, I go to the register wait in line and the girl says sorry the computers broke you'll have to wait then helps four people. I finally hand them the bill with cash and walked out. I have my son walking out the front step and this boy grabs my arm and tells me I didn't pay all my bill and I neede... read more

The food was great but the service was not the best. There seemed to be a lot of confusion with the service ad to what was ordered and who ordered it. Also very slow with receiving the check so we could leave.

Updated review from 10/28/16 a 1 star to our next experience on 1/7/17. The GM at Black bear diner in American fork did reach out to us on our first experience. We finally went back tonight. We had a 20-25 minute wait time to be seated we were seated within 15 minutes. It was a busy night, our waitress Maddy came out and got our drink order within 5 minutes of sitting down and our food arrived within 15 minutes or so. Great good if you don't mind the wait. Waited 30 minutes to be seated. They were not even busy. Then waited 45+ minutes after ordering food. Way to long!!! But food was great and big!!!
