We love Black Bear. The only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 is because your cashier needs to learn there is a BIG difference between 15% and $15.00.
We were sat quickly by the hostess but after 20 minutes we had to ask for our server. She came 5 minutes later. Then she forgot our drinks. Our food arrived 10 minutes after she took our order. Then we had to ask for our drinks again. We understand it was a holiday weekend, but really??!!
Everyone on my friends list please repost this, never ever eat at black bear diner in American Fork Utah, ever never, the manager is the most inconsiderate piece of there is, they don't care about you or your service, they move you in and out like dairy cows, just want your money, don't care about anything else, now Orem has a better staff and service, help this get out so the manager can see it!
We went there for our first time. We arrived 5:30 on a Sunday evening. There was no wait and we were seated promptly and are server was ready to take our order very quickly. We had little to no time to look over our menu before she was back giving us recommendations of items we never asked about. Keep in mind we had 3 adults and 1 3 year old child. We ordered our food and the wait was on. Our server kept coming over and apologizing for our food taking so long. Next thing we know we received the kids meal and no other food. ... read more
