Our Experience at Black Bear Diner has made us livid ! They have horrible service and it took them and hour and 10 minutes to give us our food. I recommend you go to a different Black Bear Diner that has more then 1 chef.
Twice we went to it.we got bad service slow service.seems too pong fir the coffee to come and the food.other people git their food before us we came earlier.i don’t like the guy taking our order named joe he is rude.he juat passby ignore us.and when i asked his full name or badge number he refused to give it.he just say his name is joe and when we asked the manager,they say no manager.i will never go back to this place never!!!theu pissed me off
went there on last Thursday 8th. called in my order; it wasn't ready til 20 min later. when I got back to work, my meal, taco shell to my salad was burnt and oily. I'll never go back!
Black Bear on Arden Way, service was horrible! We waited over an hour for 6 to be seated. However, people were being seated who came in after us. Once seated, we waited another 20 minutes to get asked about coffee, or water. Then to make matters worse, I asked for chicken sausage, that was given to someone else and I received once my breakfast was done. I asked for butter and syrup, for my waffle that never came. Worst Mother’s Day I ever had. Hour and a half wait. Then brought the wrong order. My husband got his. I’m borderline diabetic and my blood sugar was so low I started getting nauseous and dizzy. The didn’t ever care when I got up and walked out. They still had not re started my order at this point. You think they would have brought me some toast or fruit or something. One hour. One hour is how long it took for us to receive our food after being seated. Three " your food will be out in a moment ", three refills. The Arden location is generally slow, but today, today it was painful. A " I'm sorry, we are a bit backed up, I'm sorry it's taking so long ", something other than feeling ignored would have been appreciated. Do not plan on visiting again and would not recommend. Sorry Black Bear on Arden in Sacramento, you really have horrible service.
We normally live Black Bear, but the one on Arden is garbage.. We sat for 40 minutes before we got our food. You could tell it had sat for some time. Then my daughter scrambled eggs were cold. My wife's food had hair in it. We sent them back and it took another 25 minutes to get the food back. We will never eat at this place again.
We ate dinner here yesterday evening when we came out to our window in our truck was busted out our belongings were stolen. We're not from here we live 6 hours away. Came to Sacramento to take our 2 year to surgery today. Who would of thought it was dangerous to bring my family here to have dinner. We will never eat at a restaurant again we will stick to a drive though!
