Recommendedthe service was amazing even though we ate outside. The food is always great and the portions are big!

We waiting 15 to get sat and weren’t even greeted. When we finally got sat it took another 20 and never even got asked for our drinks and weren’t being acknowledged. Not worth wasting your time with this location. Their lack of service is truly a let down.

The Arden area is always out of what you order so why have it on the menu. Maybe it’s best if we all just go to the Elk Grove CA restaurant. We did give them a chance but nothing has changed. Bye bye Arden restaurant

It was disappointing. Mediocre at best. Nothing was seasoned. Not even with salt. The prime rib was super fatty, and when ordered med rare, looked well done. The smoked brisket was bland and cold/lukewarm. The hollandaise sauce was cold and bland. Too milky. The potatoes were not seasoned and just barely warm. the wait time was ridiculous, too. The raspberry lemonade was good

After waiting for 20 minutes & finally got table, i got shocked, coz so many tables are empty....!! employees aren't friendly, specially the server! On the table there's no utensils, no Ketchup either.

Very slow service. 40+ minutes waiting and food never came. People arrived after and got their food first. Had to request refill on coffee. Poor customer service.
