We eat at the Carson City restaurant on an average of once a week so are regular customers. We were that on 5/21 @4:45 pm & asked for a booth, as we always do. The hostess led us to a table. We told her we wanted a booth & she said "I will have to "put" you in a small booth" (PUT???how about "seat") Anyway, my husband is a large man so we do not sit in those small booths & told her "no" we didn't want a small booth. She said "well, then, all we have is a table." The first 2 tables at the front were empty as were several ... read more

We ordered online and put our names in and when we got our orders there was no way to tell which was which. And the food wasnt warm like it had been sitting for a bit an no one called to let us know it was done earlier than site said to pick up.

Lukewarm breakfast, eggs under-cooked, tired cold potatoes, English muffin saturated in butter. Prices too high especially with poor food quality. Used to love Black Bear diners but Carson City and Fernley have gone downhill.

My server was Mary I sat at the counter and a waitress brought a large Orange juice right away then 20 minutes later Mary came and took my order. I said I was ready a long time ago and she said My bad. The order came out very quick but the scrambled eggs were soft not cooked enough I didn’t complain about service or the eggs just finished and left

rude server , the food arrived incorrectly to the table ,the waitress was rude about her mix up with the order. I had her take it back and declined new food. You could hear the kitchen and wait staff talking loudly in the kitchen about returning the order and the waitress never returned to the table again to see if we needed anything or drink refills. Had to ask someone else for our bill. We have been to this location several other times and the expierience was enjoyable

Had breakfast (for dinner) here twice. Great food. Quick service. My waitress, Montana, was friendly and attentive.
