Our waitress spent way too much time talking in a foreign language to friends of hers at another table. They were speaking Mexican. Unacceptable. Secondly, other customers had to wait while they enjoyed a conversation in a foreign language. Unacceptable. I will not be back.
The restaurant is so filled with cigarette smoke that I'm afraid to bring my children in here. Why you would choose to put this restaurant in an extremely smokey casino Is very puzzling. This place needs a door at minimum to separate it from the cloud from the casino. Excuse the pun but it's unbearable to eat here. Put up a door or move if you want to be successful. Carson City needs this restaurant but not with this cloud hanging over it. Thanks!
I have eaten there in the past and it was excellent food. This time, I ordered a 2 egg breakfast. The eggs were good and the coffee was good. The rest tasted below average. I ordered sourdough toast. When it arrived it did not look like sourdough. I told the waitress that it didn't look like it and she said that it was sourdough. I love buying burnt food. I wish you guys could cook simple good food like chicken strips and onion rings with out burning the damn food.
ordered cheeseburger salad to go , when i got home i realized that the hamburger must have been from yesterday. dry and crispy.
I can tell you, I'm glad this was not my first Black Bear Dinner that I have been to. The food was not real hot and the Blueberry pie we brought home did not taste every fresh. The cashier was not a friendly person. My wife and myself will not be eating at this Black Bear Dinner in Carson City, NV. We do like the one in Fernley, NV every much. I will tell my friends not to go to this one in Carson City, NV.
Everything was great! Autumn was very attentive to our allergy needs
The food is good, the service is good BUT, I ordered iced tea and was then asked if I wanted a straw. Of course I want a straw, this isn't Kalifornistan. Carson City has been overrun with liberals from Kalifornistan and I don't like it.
I was misled by your tv advertisments. I expected a nice meal. I ordered a burger and fries. I received a small hamburger patty and a dozen or so shoestring fries. So much for a hearty meal. I get the same at McDonalds for a lot less. But the story doesn't end here. My wife and I returned with friends who wanted to dine there. This time it was worse. We waited 40 minutes for the same skimpy meals. Our server blamed a computer problem for the delay. Not likely. What? Thery don't have pencils over there? 2 lousy experiences a... read more
