Not very good food. Hash browns burned on one side and raw on the other. Waiter did not seem to care.

Had to walk out today. After been sitting for a while, nobody had come up to take our order. The waitress saw us and motioned that she will come up and take our order but still went to another table. I’m sure they were there first but one waitress for over 10 tables is not enough to take care of all the waiting customers. If you have workers that called in, the manager should have jumped in and help the only waitress. Really bad service today, which means bad management.

the food was good. it was the service. they forgot my order. you have to flag down your waitress if you want more coffee. Room for improvement needed.

all the other restaurants are great, but Colma location, is not the same, and a few months later , same thing. bad food, cooks have no quality control, try a different location and you'll taste the difference.

Take long hours to get food
This location have gone downhill from the original opening. We visited the restaurant during 6 pm dining and the place was not even half full. Only one person at front desk to greet guests. It was very slow just to put your name on the list. In the mean time the one hostess took the names and finally started to seat the customer.
