Was very disappointed. First time here and service was really wow and the food...well check out their TURKEY sandwich!! It's like literally a bunch of turkey scraps from a chopping board!! My patty melt wasn't a patty melt in my eyes. All the ones I've eaten were grilled and the sandwich stayed together. This one just felt like a cheap burger...
A friend and I have been going to the Colma location for Saturday breakfast. Portions are generous and food is great. Always a long wait to be seated and service is slow. Server last Saturday looked like she had just awoken from a coma. Asked several times for things like a clean spoon or more cream and she would slowly wander off to return long minutes later. The food is what keeps us coming back. That, and the chance to see Mama Bear.

The food was delicious & the service was nice but kind of on the slow side ... My family enjoyed the atmosphere I think the prices are a little bit on the high side and that the need appetizers on their menu
