Hair in either my salad or dressing. I was enjoying dipping my lettuce into my dressing then there was a strand of hair that made it to my mouth, ugh!!!!! Gross!!!!

We got there for breakfast with no one ahead of us waiting to be seated and was told it will be 20-25 minutes before they can sit us because they just recieved 8 DoorDash orders. It was about 10 minutes and we were seated and ordered quickly. We ordered 3 simple meals... pancakes, French toast, and bacon and eggs. This was my first visit to this restaurant. I had to wait 45 minutes before being seated. When I finally got seated it took another 10 minutes to have the server take my order. The food came about half an hour later! I ordered the tri tips sandwich with a consommé dipping sauce. My tri tip was like eating a tasteless beef jerky. My wife and I have gone to this Black Bear Diner based upon some good experiences we had had at BBD's in places like Portland and others while on road trips. We have been to this location twice, and have had abysmal experiences both times. The first time, the food was meh, the service was fine, but it basically felt like we were served some food that had been made at McDonalds. Never again! horrible saw the server handling money then went back handling food didn’t even care to was his hands or change gloves either!!! Rude staff. Stay away. Host staff not only gave an inaccurate wait time, but was completely rude about it the entire time. And then on top of making us wait 20 extra minutes past our estimated wait time, they then forgot about our table. And this was AFTER we had politely asked for an update on our estimated wait time and instead of being transparent and apologizing and saying that the wait time would be longer than anticipated, they kept saying, "You're next on the list, they'll be setting it up shortly."
