Food was ok. Management needs work. Getting a table was fast but there weren’t enough server, so service was very slow.

I have been here 3 times. Food has the possibility to be good, however, watching the meal prep from where I sat Friday night at 6pm tells me they clearly needed 3 more line cooks. The 3 people cooking were not able to keep the food moving fast enough. Wait staff were standing by kitchen waiting for orders to be processed. At one point several staff members started delivering corn bread muffins and butter for free to the tables to keep the customers waiting at the tables happy. We waited for over an hour after we ordered. Nobody ever came by to refill our drinks. The food was only ok for the wait and price. I have been to other Black Bear diners and the were good. This place needs to get it together.
