If you like waiting for an hour and a half for food OR drink refills this is the restaurant for you! Other BBD have been great in the past. After talking with the “manager” it was nothing but the blame game from him blaming the cooks to the previous manager. The food is fine but their service needs A LOT OF WORK! Stated 35 min. (More like 45) Wait for seating despite many tables open. Then 15 mins before server takes order and 10 mins to get drinks. Food another 15 after drinks. Did not need to sit in the Black Bear cave for almost two hours! Too long! Get better Black Bear!
Service was terrible, the worst I have ever encountered...and some of the food was not even edible, it was an awful experience. The first time I have ever left no tip. Server spilled dressing on my little grandson, all over his hands and just walked away. Turkey was so horrible we had to send it back. The manager did give my husband a replacement meal at no cost, but this dining experience ruined his birthday. They ran out of veggies. I ended up eating onion rings, French fries and baked potatoes. Their salad didn’t was blah, the soup was very small portion and not a lot it in. The food was semi okay.

Something different.......... Recommendation? Don't bother, nothing special. Forgot the water, wrong salad dressing, had to get up and get my iced tea, wrong side with burger, got a random salad, forgot side of mayo, Every table around us had some sort of issue, wrong order or missing something. Wait staff chatting and dancing around. I won't be back.
