Came here for first time, it was very well worth it. Our server Tania was very nice and recommended some food items and it was delicious. Definitely coming back.
Great customer service, good food, but $16 for one waffle (!) Yes one waffle just by itself. No fruit. No toppings. Just one waffle to share. Went with my sister, we each ordered our breakfast plates, and ONE waffle to share. Was surprised when I received the bill. Wow. I won't get the waffle again.
A-M-A-Z-I-NG!!! Service and Quality of food! We had the breakfast and OH! My !! It's HUGE AND FRESH! -DELICIOUS! Absolutely will be our go to place from now on! Our server- XOCHITL WAS EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE AND Welcoming (10 stars if I can rate her service!) Our first time here was a great experience! This was my first visit to Black Bear Diner. Went on a Sunday morning about 9am there was no waiting time we were seated promptly. Staff was friendly and attentive. Our server was nice and took our drink orders quickly she also gave us just the right amount of time to look over the menu. My companions decided on breakfast they both ordered omelettes and I ordered the chicken avacado club sandwich. The food was good, prepared properly but somewhat on the expensive side. Service was great, bathrooms were very clean. Very clean overall.
Food was great. Service was phenomenal. I came in 30 min before closing and the lady still reserved me. I ask for coffee and she didn't even mind making a new pot of coffee even though I suggested a soft drink she said( no worries I'll get your coffee). I will definitely come back. Great job.
If you're real hungry, this is the spot to eat! Generous portions, and fast food preparation. Very courteous staff, and clean, comfortable atmosphere. Don't forget to try out the hand lotions on display at front counter, very pleasant scents, bought three of them to hand out as token gifts.
One of my new favorite spots for breakfast. I wish I would have taken a pic of my California Egg Benedict. It was super yummy with the country potatoes. Staff are really friendly. I also love their classic coffee mugs!
