Went for the first time with my husband tonight around 8. Food was okay, loved the pancakes they were amazing. The two stars are for the food. But the service was not good at all. There was one server on, she had about 5 tables two were pretty much done. So not sure why but every time she came by to see if we needed anything I would have to hurry up and ask for what I needed or she would take off and I wouldn't see her for ten minutes. It really bothered me that she was so nice and attentive to all her other tables but my hu... read more
Over priced and didn't like the tritip dip sandwich too much buttery. I was expecting better food.
I am shocked! The worst prime rib ever last night! I ordered a med rare to begin with, and was told there wasn't any med rare, so I took medium. It was like shoe leather tough, not a bit juicy, and it was well done. The waitress came over, and I sent it back. They had a rare piece of prime rib, but it was tough, looked like they heated it by putting it in a skillet. Prime rib shouldn't be cooked in a pan. It was rare, but it was as tough, stringy, and hard to eat. I don't pay $30 for a piece of Prime rib that was actually fr... read more
I've eaten here before wonderful experience. Decided to bring myb95 year old Mom, realize there's only 2 handicap parking in the front the rest was in the back of the building so I double park to walk her in entrance door is very far from parking and no bench outside for her to sit had to walk her in and have her seated then run move the car. Order pancake which dehydrates the body couldn't find waiter to refill coffee or water he was terrible don't think I'll be going back here something has changed since the last time.
Terrible terrible experience yesterday 09/28. Went in for the first time excited to try this place and it was so bad. Our drinks tasted like water and while waiting for our food we saw two mice running throughout the restaurant! Our food arrived and we let the employee know and he right away let a female employee know. She was our waitress and we're unaware if she was in charge or something but she quickly grabbed a bowl or cup and something flat to get one of the mice out. She did not react as if this was a surprise to her.... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. We have never been to this diner before so we were extremely excited to eat there. We immediately encountered some issues. When we ordered our drinks, the hot chocolate was too watery. Right when we started eating, we see a mouse run from the kitchen to the waiting area. Of course we notified a worker right away, which they handle as if they have encountered this problem before. Which leads us to believe that they have a mouse problem. We were unable to continue to eat as the experience left... read more
I DO NOT recommend doing take out from here! If you do do take out make sure to check your order before leaving because if not you will be disappointed when you get home! I have had three horrible experiences and I think that is enough chances to give. But I do recommend eating in which we mostly do eat in instead. The service is great when you eat in. I also do not recommend their pumpkin pancakes as they are not the same as last year very disappointed there because they were so good last year! All in all do not order to go... read more
Decided to try something new. GROSSLY disappointed when the the cockroach crawled across the table. Didn't stay for the food.
Horrible customer service, today was Father's Day and we had all ordered our meals for breakfast together, everyone's meal aside from mine had arrived, I told the waitress that mine was still missing and 35 minutes had gone by and my entire family had finished their meals already meanwhile I was still waiting on mine. The waitress was NOT attentive, quite frankly sucked at her job. I DO NOT recommend this place, and I would give 0 stars if possible.
