Took 1 1/2 hours to get to kids meals to go. The food was incorrect but didn't want to wait again for it to get corrected. If it's not the wait it's the wrong order.

Kat is extremely rude, I called in regards to an application I filled out on indeed and she abruptly told me she doesn't hire new servers and only promotes her host to servers. I've been a server for over 6 years and If that's the case don't post an ad on indeed stating you're hiring new servers. It's her tone and attitude that's off putting, I could only imagine how she speaks to customers/employees.

Gotta say, I'm pretty frustrated by my experience today having been drawn here by a 4-star Yelp rating endorsing this diner. We were three for lunch, and the restaurant was not at all busy. While the food itself was great, waiting almost 15 minutes for the 3rd meal to be delivered AFTER the first two were dropped off made for a poor dining experience. (My food was almost gone by the time my sons food arrived.) Our service staff, while pleasant, seemed indifferent to any frustration about the excessive wait. When the chec... read more

Place is alright, it can get busy. I understand its a larger chain, I do like the place. It's just a bit much at times. I often just get a basic eggs and bacon type breakfast. I feel the ambiance is always good.

Here for breakfast during the 7:30 and 8:30 AM hour. Portions are not as large as they advertise but it is tasty. Don't sit near the kitchen as the cook's 'music' is SO LOUD you can't enjoy your meal in peace and calm. The owners clearly don't care for the relaxed Mtn. Vibe the originators were going for - this place is going for a TJ Club vibe, merely surrounded by Mtn. decor. Go elsewhere. On the plus side, there are FAR better Black Bear Diners out there to frequent.

most terrible customer service ever. forgot about us and not one time came to check on us to see if we needed anything !!! I had to get up and ask for a refill... and the guy who helped me had an attitude. food was good but the waiters are lazy and don't care about the customer !!! so many waiters walked passed us and looked at my wife's empty cup and at my empty coffee mug and didn't seem to care at all. won't be back !!! I feel bad for the cooks because the food is good... but the customer service HORRIBLE

How I would love to rate this location 5 stars, BUT I can't. I was so disappointed, we (my family n i) went to this location for a breakfast after the new yr. Took us 30 mins to sit, 40 mins to get our food then time to pay. To find out COLTON, CA LOCATION DOES NOT honor military!!! U can go Rancho, Chino, Vegas and any other location and this young girl tells us military not accepted. That will be the last time I ever go here. I will take my family to other locations that honor military and support our branches. Think twic... read more
