Last night, my mother Roberta A Driver and I had dinner at the Cottonwood, AZ restaurant. It was a terrible experience. First of all, I got a bad feeling when our server told us it would be a 30-45 minute wait. It took an hour and a half to receive our food. Was excited to go back after not being in town for 6 months, that excitement turned to disappointment. Ordered the tri tip and rib combo and I couldn't even get the ribs off the bone so I gave up. Waiter forgot my salad the mashed potatoes and gravy barely warm...will not be going back this place just has went downhill.

The food is ok. Not the best. You guys really need to learn how to no out so much oil in the pan when cooking its not very nice on our tummies :-) and also the fly problem is not very nice if you could fix that it would be great
The food is good but nothing special, the worst thing about this restaurant is the service. You're lucky if the server ever comes back to refill drinks or check to see if you need anything once you have your meal. I had to ask for water several times before i finally got a glass and even then it was another server that brought it. It wasn't busy at all, maybe a total of 10 tables through out the whole place so I expected to have better service.
All out of bear claws and vanilla ice cream. So disappointed.

Worst meal in Cottonwood we have ever had. Waitress was not the best...she didn't seem to care about our requests or complaints. Cashiers didn't seem surprised about the bad meal. She only took off 10%. Will never go back.
