Been here twice and eaten at Long Beach and Fullerton locations, too. Although the Downey location is closest to me, It's worth the drive and gas to drive to one of the other two locations, sad to say. My mom had their tri tip sandwich and the presentation was sloppy: ALL the onions and mushrooms were on one side of the sandwich and the bottom slice of bread was so soggy that she struggled to pick up the sandwich without it falling apart!! Food was really bad, service was terrible and when I talked to someone about the experience in the restaurant the employee recommended me not coming back and just visit the restaurant across the street, he literally said that service and food where better anywhere else.
