HORRIBLE experience today we come here a lot sat at bar top Maria are waitress was hiding had to ask multiple waitresses for help lots of them gossiping in the back... most of them comfortable so much manager Luis had to jump in and help waitresses in the back gossiping about guest DO BETTER!

I am very disappointed at the customer service I have received from this server named Mike he was very disgustingly rude and I heard him make a LOUD racist remark & it made my time here unpleasant he didn't even do his job he was making people bring us our food while he was yelling at a coworker, I always look forward to eating here but Ima need to reconsider

Came to eat here this morning thursday march 13 and service was horrible. We got seated quickly, but from there on things went bad. We were the first out of about 4 tables to get seated but yet we were the last one to place our order. Our server Brenda came to take our drink order but yet took about 5 mins to come back and deliver them. Brenda also dropped off drinks to the table behind us and asked them what they wanted to eat but they werent ready so she walked away but didnt come back to our table to take our food order.... read more

Not happy with our dinner. Hubs had tritip which was good. I ordered chicken fried steak mashed potatoes & gravy with broccoli. The meat was good, potato's were okay but there wasn't enough gravy to finish my meal. The broccoli was cold & mushy. She offered another side. She could have offered gravy but did not, hence this negative review. She came back with a small credit on our bill. I would have rather had the gravy.

Horrible service. We came and were mindful we had a large group. They did not accommodate after an hour, after we got sat down and we didn't fit we asked to be moved to another table and they told us to wait. After we saw a table open we asked to get moved there. She said to wait, we said ok can we order our drink first and have them delivered to that table. she said no that section had another waitress. This place is a mess the parking is a mess it's horrible second time Trying to come here and no luck we put our names down and it said zero people ahead so we walked to the front for the lady to tell us 8 parties ahead of us they where passing people who came after us smh never again we waited 1 hour when the girl said 20 minutes the girls in the front are rude !! We left and 5 minutes later we got a text saying out table was ready !!! How was 8 parties ahead and we get a text right when we leave ???

No stars, just an IYI if you are black, don't eat here. I came with my family and the waitress started to take our order then went to check on an item for us, two minutes later I saw her taking the orders from a group from a large group of people. She never came back so we left. Watching her watch us leave and not a word. I will never come back to this place. Zero stars!

Worse meal ever. expensive, tasteless and portions too small for the price. The turkey cutlets were old. Never going back. We also got forks full of gunk and service was poor.
