Met up with a buddy of mine for breakfast and we tried the breakfast sandwich basket which was very good. Coffee was great as usual! And our server Dafne was very quick and helpful and friendly. Appreciated the service!
Met up with my mom and sister for a quick breakfast. It was my first time here, place was bigger than the signal hill location and it has tall ceilings, which I like. Right away, the host sat us down, there was no wait. Got our menus and drink orders were place. We ordered a few things: red, white and blue pancakes, the scramBOWL, the grizzly and a one egg combo. I came to dinner tonight and I was given amazing service by my server Michael! Then the manager enrique came by and asked how everything was and I told him that it was wonderful! Everything was great!
I would like to say this place is a good placefor breakfast. I have not tryed there dinner plates. But I wanted to talk about the service that I received from Ysis A she is amazing. she was I think the only one there due to it might have just opened but super friendly good customer service and very attentive. keep up the hard work thank you for making my morning breakfast amazing.

First time here and I love the environment and the decore inside.. so many menu options and our waitress was awesome. The prices are good and the food was great. Will be back to try more menu options.
So I went there with my 2 kids and Mike was our server. If you're reading this Mike I tell you that I will be writing a review . I think this was the best sever I had thus far because I really appreciate Mike service. He was very kind and he keeps checking on us to make sure everything went smooth and it did. Thanks again Mike for your service and your hard work! :) We'll definitely be back at black bear dinner.
went on a monday around 12 pm, place was pretty busy considering it was a weekday. heard a lot of good things about it here so decided to give it a try. the service was acceptable and on time. the staff were friendly in assisting me with recommendations on the menu. i got the chicken sandwich with onion which i thought was a little bland in terms of seasoning but would come back again.
Wonderful dinning experience our food was delicious and the service was spectacular Dafne and Enrique were excellent with service . I would highly recommend anyone to go and eat here . Definitely service with a smile and a positive environment
