So I went there with my 2 kids and Mike was our server. If you're reading this Mike I tell you that I will be writing a review . I think this was the best sever I had thus far because I really appreciate Mike service. He was very kind and he keeps checking on us to make sure everything went smooth and it did. Thanks again Mike for your service and your hard work! :) We'll definitely be back at black bear dinner.

went on a monday around 12 pm, place was pretty busy considering it was a weekday. heard a lot of good things about it here so decided to give it a try. the service was acceptable and on time. the staff were friendly in assisting me with recommendations on the menu. i got the chicken sandwich with onion which i thought was a little bland in terms of seasoning but would come back again.

Wonderful dinning experience our food was delicious and the service was spectacular Dafne and Enrique were excellent with service . I would highly recommend anyone to go and eat here . Definitely service with a smile and a positive environment

My fiancé and I went to this diner because we were in the area. I got their California Omelette and my fiancé had the Denver Omelette. The portion size was to die for and would highly recommend both omelettes. Shoutout to Dafne and Enrique for making our visit worth it. They were super attentive and friendly and we really appreciated their great service! If you're looking for a cozy spot with tasty food and awesome service, definitely check this place out. We'll be back for sure!

Black Bear Diner is by far one of my favorite spots to go with my family, especially for breakfast! The Staff was amazing, very warm and welcoming. Dafne was very friendly, knowledgeable && very consistent with our refills and just checking in to make sure our party was well taken care of. The manager Enrique is very friendly and has a good sense of humor with the kids at our table . Keep it up black bear diner , wwill definitely be back soon

Finally had the chance to check this place out after hearing many good things and I was not disappointed. My server Michael always made sure to check on us and make sure we were well taken care of! Enrique also provided great service. I'll definitely be stopping by again all around a very enjoyable dining experience.

We enjoyed our food and the serviceat the Black Big Diner. I got Joe's Hobo Omelette and my husband the Grizz and the portions were hearty and the coffee was delicious. In addition Eva was extremely sweet and attentive, Enrique was also helpful and they provided quality service. My coffee was never empty thanks to them, and my 1 year old daughter also loved the cozy environment Black Bear has. We love coming here for a cozy breakfast! We recommend this location to everyone we know.

Our group meets at Black Bear Diner in Ventura. There is a lot of variety on the menu with generous portions. Scott was our server this week. He took good care of our large group. He was very attentive and friendly and made our experience enjoyable.
