Good food and good service. I like their chicken fried steak with country gravy. I had it with their cornbread which was good, a little on the dry side, but nothing a little butter can't fix. Their servers are very attentive, kind and happy to make suggestions. My kids enjoyed their pancakes and eggs. My only gripe is that they don't have Coke products. Food was great! good servings and left me and my mother full! All servers work really fast and are on it! Emely V was our waitress and she did an awesome job! she continued to check up on us and made she we were alright! She had a fabulous and welcoming vibe that made us feel comfortable! Great Experience!!
Ysis is an amazing waitress ! She attentive and make sure everyone is satisfied. And this is everytime I'm there. Her customer service is excellent

We came here for an early dinner my Husband and Son and I. We went to the one in Vegas, but this is one is better. Our server is very friendly and had good manners. She is fast and so very nice. I love the cabin in the woods looks so I was comfy. Brought back times we spend in the mountains. The food is very good. Not a fan of the green beans or veggie soup, but when else was great!!
Great customer service. Food was really good! Got seated quickly as well. We arrived to the restaurant around 12pm.
Delicious the give u Lots of food I'm so glad there's one nearby! It's always Bussy for Bfast so plan accordingly but it's worth the wait in my opinion!
Had a wonderful evening with my parents at Black Bear thanks to Emily. She was a great server and made sure we felt welcome with her charming personality.
Stopped by this comfy diner and I was mesmerized by the decor. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised they have other locations. Really enjoyed their endless coffee and mimosas!
