I know restraunts hire extra staff to begin with then let people go. What I can't abide by is an assistant manager telling a waiter to quit their other job and get more hours here only to be let go with 8 others. Now there is a young man with a baby due the end of May that now has NO job!! You won't be getting my money and I will be talking up this deplorable behavior to clients, friends and family. Maybe they'll boycott too 😬😠
Tiny crappy omelette, turkey club is amazing and so are their fries.
I was very excited to finally have a Black Bear Diner in our area since we've had great experiences with other Black Bear Diners. Sad to say I was VERY disappointed. Our family of four went in for lunch on Saturday afternoon. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated which wasn't bad at all. Waited about 15-20 minutes for someone to approach our table to take our drink order. 45 min wait for table. 15 for server and 40 minutes for food to come to the table. The quality of food with the green staff was not great and definitely nothing special. Might try again next year.
