Today I was served the "California Bacon.... Split English muffin, thick-cut smoked bacon, avocado, spinach, grilled tomato slices & 2 poached eggs* covered in Hollandaise sauce”. It took well over 30 minutes for three breakfast meals to be brought to our table. The place was NOT very busy. The poached eggs were cold & under cooked-extremely runny. Absolutely awful customer service. Not disability friendly. My son was mocked by three different servers and the front greeter on their break. All because I requested a table out of the way. My son had excellent behavior, much more mature than the staff that were literally taunting a child not because of his behavior but because they were told he's autistic. I'm disgusted and heart broken.

ordered 2 cold dishes, watched as 2 other tables received their hot dishes. waited 30+ minutes, asked server and server advised she doesn't have control over the kitchen. walked out after speaking to manager. not acceptable. need to manage your ticket times better. better. Manager offered no valid reason for the issue.

Yes looks nice but really was cold and left unetended for long time Waitres heat in microwave gets more bacteria bad service
