I was here for 45 minutes still haven't got my food, I order a steak medium well after 50 minutes it came raw in the middle, manager Angie didn't care about the wait or the raw steak, still waiting it's been over an hour, trying not to get passed but this place really socks and so does management here

I am on their e-club list and get emails from BB. This week I got an email about their all you can eat fish and chips on Fridays so I waited to go looking forward to the fish fry. I got there about 7 p.m. and specifically asked about the fish fry and how much it was at the front receptionist area because the website does not have prices listed. I am officially done with this place. It is a shame because I did not want to come back after a horrendous experience of FOOD POISONING and then came back years later and fell in love with 3 good experiences in a row. However, these last 4 times have been shi*t. Each time multiple items were forgotten and still charged. When bringing it up, the waitresses were aware the items were never received. No soup was barely warm. The vegetables were hard. My steak was over cooked and all had pepper and garlic on it that the waiter said was on the menu. I didn’t see it. And all through dinner I had to shoo away 2 flies.

They need better cooks. The manager was Nice! She took 1/2 the bill Off...If this wasn’t on my phone as a survey I wouldn’t have probably voiced my opinion but you guys asked me to and I did. Pretty disappointing. The bun on the hamburger had mold. The next hamburger they bought out was dripping blood all over the place. Once again the manager was very nice. Wasn’t her fault or the waiters...

My husband and I were very excited to see a Black Bear Diner in San Diego! We hadn‘t been to one since we were at the Laughlin River Run. We sat up at the bar because the wait was long. Our server was a young woman who copped me attitude about me wanting to make my own omelette then never really came back to serve us. Server was great! Food was sub-par and cold not what it was pre- COVID! Very sad. No desire to return. Management has changed as well. Never even saw the manager as where Cody used to be on the floor talking with every table to insure their experience was what they promoted.

Very bad service today. Waited 40 minutes for food. Waiter kept apologizing, it wasn’t his fault. I could hear that the waiters were screwing orders up because the manager was yelling back orders to them
