Went for a second round, thanks to managers invite. My last review was not good because of the bland food & was shorted on certain items. Manager was concerned about our experience and wanted to express our concerns with their kitchen staff, as well as inviting my family & I back to make up for it. Took the family tonight. Place is empty so was expecting the food a lot quicker. Eggs were undercooked but everything else was tasty. Waitress should know the menu, kids meals come with ice cream or strawberry and cream. Thing that made me write a post, you do not vacuumed around guests when they are eating. This is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is telling me you do not want us to enjoy our meal but to hurry up and get out. Also clearing empty fudged would have been nice. Should have gone to McDonalds! Hubs ordered big bear breakfast. Ask for his eggs sunny side up sausage and a cakes. Asked for all of it not to Be overlooked. His sausage patties were burned,eggs were overcooked and brown on the bottom and his pancakes were overdone! Won't ever go back. Ketchup bottled was new and still sealed. Not ready for use. Water was never refilled and had to ask for bill!

We normally love to dine here but today is very different. My husband and I came for lunch and our waitress was top of the line rude. She didn't smile what so ever and shook her head and rolled her eyes when something was wrong. But thank you Leona for taking over.
