always cold food. been there twice and both times my food was cold. and waitress very rude when I ask if my food could be heated up. I will never step foot in there again

Today my boyfriend and I went to eat lunch at Black Bear Diner in Gresham and he ordered chicken tenders and fries and I had grilled cheese and fries. As he is eating his meal he bites into on of the tenders and it was raw chicken. This is unacceptable he could get sick we don’t what went down and what didn’t. You should NEVER send chicken out uncooked.
the food was old, biscuits were hard, my waffle was soft and rubbery and it took forever for our food to get to us. it wasn't busy either

get a cook that can move faster, and more waitresses during the breakfast time.

I usually have good experiences with Black bear but I came in by myself today, the person sitting next to me had to tell the waitress that I had come in after him in order to get served because no one acknowledged me for almost 10 minutes, and when I did have my order taken I asked for one thing to be left off my order and because my waitress didn’t write down my order it was still on my food. We had a horrible first experience here, terrible service and we decided to try again and go back last Saturday and once we saw who was working we left. Never had any issues at any other Black Bear Diner besides this one. Brianna is horrible. She doesn’t wash her hands after using the restroom and doesn’t seem to care much for taking care of the people at her tables.
