Been here 3 times and disappointed all three. Horrible customer service. Food sub par. Ordered molten lava desert , took forever. Was burned, and did not have the chocolate or powdered sugar on outside, the inside was dry and disgusting. When I called the waitress she totally blew us off. Never again.

Burned sausage, average service, I won’t be going there again. I would have sent it back, but don’t need the cook spitting in my food. This place at one time was four stars.

I took my boyfriend and daughter out to dinner a couple weeks ago... we got sat by a very nice waitress. Then about almost 10 mins later she asked if our waiter came to us yes. and I said no and ordered water from her. then finally after the waitress brought menus and water for us... our actual waiter came up and took our order.. I ordered the chicken parmesan and i ended up getting the chicken penne pesto pasta?? I didn't want to send back. so I sucked it up and tried to eat it and it was COLD. Service staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing! No steak sauce for the steaks! Not a great experience for my friend and myself for her birthday!
My burger wasn’t great but everyone else’s food looked good.
I don't think I've ever been so disappointed in my life. We took my sister for her birthday and she ordered the fit in focus chicken apple sausage without cheese. She can't have cheese , I ordered the bacon cakes when our food arrived here was smothered in cheese and mine didn't have any bacon. So we asked them to remake them. When they arrived the second time my sister's had no eggs, no mushrooms and the spinach wasn't even cooked. Her fruit looked disgusting and her toast wasn't toast. It was bread.
