I don't think I've ever been so disappointed in my life. We took my sister for her birthday and she ordered the fit in focus chicken apple sausage without cheese. She can't have cheese , I ordered the bacon cakes when our food arrived here was smothered in cheese and mine didn't have any bacon. So we asked them to remake them. When they arrived the second time my sister's had no eggs, no mushrooms and the spinach wasn't even cooked. Her fruit looked disgusting and her toast wasn't toast. It was bread. The waitress was very short with us when we asked for things like a glass of water or a wet rag to wipe up the syrup she spilled on my foster daughter's wheelchair. Our food took almost an hour to arrive. The pancakes were gummy and burgers were cold. My mother was only given enough hot water for 1/2 cup of tea. It may have just been an off day, but I will not go to that location again.
The waitress was RUDE. She told me (in a nasty tone) I couldn't order my eggs over hard. She got a couple of the orders wrong COMPLETELY, EVEN THOUGH SHE WROTE OUR ORDERS DOWN. Also, we waited an hour for our food. The restaurant was not overly busy.

I drove into Gresham from the tri cities, Wa on Friday, with my 18mth old. The black bear was recommended to me by a friend. I was very excited about trying something different. I ordered a chicken club with clam chowder, and macaroni with fries for my daughter. The chowder was flavorless, the bread was barely toasted, the bacon was inedible because it was like chewing on a piece of leather. When I told the server, she was apologetic and the manager took mine off the bill. I won't eat there, nor recommend it to anyone else.... read more
