Bottom line terrible food
What a poor experience we had today for breakfast today June 14th. Our server was terrible to the point that we felt like she was just throwing our food at us. Never came back to the table to refresh beverages or ask how our food was. Then never cleaned any of her tables so we had to look at dirty plates the entire meal. We will most likely never come back to this restaurant chain. I would rate it a negative stars if I could but I have to give it at least 1 star.

I don’t know what we did to piss them off, but my corned beef hash was half the size of normal and fried hard, and the pancakes were 4” across while every other table had plate sized pancakes... ???

The Mac and cheese for my kids taste like it came out of a box, my mashed potatoes had chunks of Instant potato mix that was not mixed all the way, my fried chicken was non existent, out of four pieces the drum stick was all that had meat on it. Sweet tea is good, season veggies good, and fries are good. Service was bad sat for over 10 min before the bus boy brought us drinks, after I had to flag someone down. Been done eating for 15 min and still no waiter!!!!!
i went in and sat at the counter and was never offered a menu or spoken to. 2 people sat almost right next to me and got men's but in 25 mins i didn't get anything. So i left.

went there for a late breakfast. food was very disappointing. hashbrowns under cooked , eggs cold. ham was greasy , biscuits very bland , to large and dense. paper menus were dirty and turn pictures above our table had something splashed on them that had dropped down the picture and dried

Came in an hour before close friday night and there were 4 servers all cleaning and taking care of their other existing tables and never even came to offer us drinks. We were there over 20 minutes. When we were leaving one of them said we were just walking out and one of us let them know that this isnt how you treat customers and one of them should have stopped cleaning to take care of at least drinks. never again! used to be great and has gone down hill in the last year or so
Not great food. Pancakes were burned. Eggs were supposed to be cooked over medium and they were almost raw
Third time Gresham since May. I am done. Watched a lady berate a young host yesterday, got cold food same as every time. Asked for syrup (unheated). that was a no can do. The poor waitress apologized to every table in the section for long waits for food to come out, then had to re-apologize when every single table had something wrong with their order. We felt so bad for her we refused to complain. So I will never say never, but it is highly unlikely we will go back to the Gresham location again... Kyle is awes... read more
