The food was pretty good, nothing stellar. Our waitress was an absolute doll though, so kind.
My good friend ate at this black bear diner in gresham, Or back in Feb 2017 and got a bandaid in her omelet, she has been trying to get them to pay for her Dr. bill since then and can not get anyone to call her back, that is all she is asking the bill is only $150 per visit for 2 visits for testing to make sure she didn't get aids or hepatitis. She has talked with the owner and has even called the corporate office several times with no response. Please do not eat here you never know what might be in your food.

They need to hire more help, they were understaffed
Never ever in my life had I ever had a waitress like the one I had yesterday. I don't know if she was pretending to write down our order or what, but she mixed things up so badly got a lot of our order wrong. Food had to be remade. My stepmom said her hashbrowns were burnt as well as her biscuit. Food was ok. Not the best experience for first time going to this location. It was clean, the staff were nice it was a pleasant experience. The food was over priced for the quality. It wasn't horrible, it also wasn't GREAT...Just MEH...
