The family and I have eaten here many times (still do)! The food is good we do like it, the service is OK but have had more than our share of issues. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the establishment had a welcoming ambiance and was impeccably clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere for all diners.
Beautiful beautiful place wonderful I love the decor very nice. Unfortunately, our waitress never came back to ask if we wanted more drinks. They did not add the avocado that My companion asked to be added to her club sandwich and then she told me they could adjust the price at the register For the avocado not being put on the sandwich. When we got to the register, another worker said no, I'm not able to do that. She had to go hunt up a manager to adjust the price of removing the avocado from our Bill. The food and service were good but it is a bit pricey. I have eaten here for breakfast and dinner and they are consistent.
There are so many many items to choose from. We decided to have breakfast for dinner. The portion size is were amazing! The service was wonderful. Very nice.

I love the bear concept and thought it was very adorable. The service was excellent, whenever I had a grievance, the manager Ricardo, especially made sure that I was taken care of. The food was excellent and you could definitely tell it is all freshly made. The service was amazing and definitely would recommend this restaurant. Again management was doing an awesome job!
Everything is BIG in Texas! Especially the breakfast platter here at Black Bear. The pancakes are huge, and the biscuits are massive. They give you more than enough to eat and the portion sizes are enough for two if you have a breakfast date who likes what you like! There were several menu items that I was interested in but because they are in Texas and I live in Virginia. But when I go back....get ready, get ready, get ready!
