Food was wonderful. We shared Chicken Fried Steak and eggs with a side of hash browns and extra side of grits. Service was fast and friendly. Unfortunately they turned the a/c on as soon as our food arrived on a morning that was 63 degrees outside. We asked the server if it could be turned off and she said no, it was really hot in the restaurant. I'm sure it was for them because they were running around but not for their customers. We frequent here and this establishment has been nothing but the best service. But today we gotten taken care of by a Mr. Marcus (sorry if I spelled your name wrong Marcus) He was a pleasure and made sure we were taken care of the whole time all while wishing a customer a happy birthday. Food here has always been good and the service too but Marcus was that extra dowse of service. Thank you Marcus.

The food was hit and great tasting. The service was excellent. My wife's steak was slotted over cooked, the make Hera new one that was Perfect. The restaurant was very clean. The restrooms were clean and and smelled good.

Exactly what a diner should be. Diner food, friendly service and a fun bear atmosphere, I felt like I was in Tennessee:) Kid friendly and a cute gift shop to tempt any bear lovers.

I just want to say although the food is okay because I always get the same thing. I never understand why it's always border line warm. I don't get how I sat there 10 minutes waiting for my food to be out drove 3 minutes to my house and it was not even close to hot. I wouldn't be complaining if that isn't always the case. I don't understand how I watched you guys bag the food and bring it to the front and it was like it was just sitting in the back.... DoorDash Order: First, let's start with the biscuit; the saying is true: everything is bigger in Texas. Lol! Not only is the biscuit big, but the portion size is big. The Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs were cooked to perfection. They were delicious and yummy indeed. I'll definitely order from this place again.

Very cute decor before you enter and inside! They sell bear merchandise in the front and there is a jukebox playing music. I placed a pick up order for breakfast and ordered scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle, and cold brew. Food was good, just your typical breakfast. I thought the bear imprint on the waffle was a nice touch. Coffee was good too. Next time I'm in town I will try lunch or dinner.
