My wife ate there today with 5 of her friends. 3 of the 6 orders came out wrong. Reuben sandwich had no sauerkraut or thousand island dressing; one of the burgers had to be redone 3 times before they got it correct (and it wasn't complicated--lettuce, tomato, cheese, NO sauce), and two of the people ordered sweet potato fries and it took (and I'm not kidding about this) 5 tries to get it correct. They kept bringing out regular fries. Very disappointed in the lack of quality of service.
I really wanted to like this place .....but sadly I walked away disappointed ... Maybe once the kinks are worked out ... my meatloaf and mashed potatoes were barely warm. My dining partners steak was raw when He cut into it so we sent it back... the same steak was served when returned, the original cut he made was still there, and it was then cooked a little better. They served samples of the pies but we were not given a sample as they passed right by us and served other guests instead...who hadn’t even been brought their di... read more
