If there will be 0/0 then I would have marked it. Very disappointing and a disaster night. Our first time and will never go back to one even if this has many locations. NEVER Again! They just let you wait no matter how long and even without explanations. Took 1.5hrs just waiting for table and food and ended up packing the food to go. RecommendedMy breakfast was good pancakes are delicious and eggs were scrambled perfectly. However my boyfriends steak had seasoning salt which in our opinion kills the taste and the biscuit is so big when it bakes it makes the outside hard and I felt like I could taste the baking soda, also the potatoes were not cooked enough ( breakfast potatoes) all in all dissatisfied ☹️
The food was good but the service was really bad. We were seated and it took 15 minutes for some one to take our drink order. People who were seated after us got served before us. Not very happy.

Seriously, so disappointing. I have been to this location three times now (only because my daughter loves the bears). All three times we have received food that was flavorless and cold as did the customers behind us. The cooks need some serious training. The service is ok that's the only reason why I'm giving it two stars. The location in Arizona is absolutely incredible. It's such a shame that this location is so ridiculously awful. I was so excited to have a black bear near me.
