Was disappointed at this location and I get that it's new. I ordered bacon and eggs. First I like my eggs scrambled easy/soft they came with brown spots on the meaning they was cooked hard and they were cold from sitting at the place where the cook sets them. The bacon in my world was way under cooked. On a meat scale i would say they were medium rare. Hash browns were not hot either and there was half as much as the guys sitting next to me. After yesterday's lunch at Black Bear where we waited over an hour for our lunch after we ordered it, when we were on our way to out granddaughter's graduation, I just wanted to say management tried to make it right by discounting our bill. Once we got Our food it was good.
After yesterday's lunch at Black Bear where we waited over an hour for our lunch after we ordered it, when we were on our way to out granddaughter's graduation, I just wanted to say management tried to make it right by discounting our bill. Once we got Our food it was good.
After ordering, we waited 1 hour before getting our food. There was a lot of things wrong with our orders. My tri tip was cold and the asparagas was over cook. The pulled pork was also dry and so many other things were bad. Also you only get one refill for free, if you want a second you have to pay extra. There was 5 of us and the bill was $80 for lunch. Will not go back!
