The last time we visited the food and the service was great. 8:30 pm Sept. 9 about 8 tables with families including mine. First, drink order was wrong and I didn't get my coffee order until after the clam chowder cup was delivered, and it was the bottom of the pot. The waiters had previously said, they were brewing a fresh pot. So I waited. Another waiter noticed we had been sitting for a while and brought over dinner muffins. Last evening my boyfriend and I decided to drive 1/2 hr. to try out this new location. My boyfriend ordered the chicken noodle soup; it was canned. Although the manager made an effort to convince us that it was not canned, the soup did not taste any different than canned soup. I ordered their spaghetti and meatballs; Denny's spaghetti and meatballs tastes about the same and I do not have to drive 1/2 hr. to get there. The service was very slow. Disappointed!!! Food was crap!! Price was unreasonable!! We will never go back. Bring back Ranch House that used to be there!!
Worst service ever! Food cold, server inattentive, order taker couldn't get our orders right. I had to take my food back to the counter myself. Raw potatoes are gross. Never again will I patronize this restaurant.

I am sad to say that after patiently waiting for the LA Habra location to open I am disappointed. This is my 3rd time going since it open and it just doesn't seem to get any better. The 1st time I was the the waiter was complaining that our waitress did not want to attend us and went on to say "well I guess I will HAVE to attend you".... needless to say that my party and I did not feel to welcome. Was disappointed at this location and I get that it's new. I ordered bacon and eggs. First I like my eggs scrambled easy/soft they came with brown spots on the meaning they was cooked hard and they were cold from sitting at the place where the cook sets them. The bacon in my world was way under cooked. On a meat scale i would say they were medium rare. Hash browns were not hot either and there was half as much as the guys sitting next to me.
