Poor service today . Food came cold and waited for 10-15 minutes to try and get the waitresses attention so I could send it back all while not being able to eat at the same time as my friend . Spoke to manager and she didn’t even offer a free meal or price reduction off my meal so we told her that would be the right thing to do and she agreed . Won’t go back again .

I actually did not like my experience here the actual Walsall bauder is overly sweet a taste it old also the food itself literally didn't taste good not only did I not finish my entree I left.
We go there quite often and its usually good. This time are order was all messed up. It seems like are server was in a hurry and wasn't paying attention to what we wanted. We will be looking for a new breakfast place so sad.

They have taken my favorite Chinese chicken salad off the menu. It’s now called Chinese chicken CAESAR salad. Yuk. Service was horrible,

5 waitresses only 6 tables to wait on and you still get no service what is wrong with this picture tables filthy floors litered with food n napkins by restrooms. had to get up and ASK for syrup to go with the pancakes since it was apparent no one was coming back with it. thrn ask for refills a box n her attitude was horrible n uncalled for. no thank you nothing we remembered why we dont go yo this restaurant

It was our first time there and now the last time ever dining at the Black Bear Diner. When we pulled up to the Black Bear Diner, the hostesses Makayla and Tyler were smoking as patrons were waiting to be seated and patrons were waiting to pay their bill. They could have taken turns because they left it unattended that people were making jokes about skipping out of the bill. We waited for them to return from their smoke break. Was disappointed 😢 & it was my first time. My turkey club sandwich 🥪 was chewy the bread was kinda burnt. I asked for decaf coffee ☕️ & it sure disappointed 😞 me once again. Never again for me . My daughter & 2 grandkids looked 👀 satisfied.
