The other Black Bear Diner on Trop and Jones is 100% better! The food here wasn’t good and cold when it got to you, waitress unattentive, took our order, served it and she never came back to the table! It couldn’t have been because they were busy, because there was only three tables that have people in them and for waitresses. Won’t be going back to this place again I’ll travel a little further and go to the one on Jones and Tropicana. And the one on Jones and Tropicana have better fried chicken than KFC!

Wasn’t great! I have been there two times: first time food good but waited forever to be given our food while we watched it grow cold in yhe window. Second time food great service but the food was not as good! Going to give it a third try just to see if they can get there sct together

It's not just this one, but others too, terrible service, food quality not up to par, black bear has gone beyond quality that I recall from up north resturants, good portions, quality, big bear feeling, I'm not happy after all my bragging of this place, heart broken.

I have gone this location for take out. Have called 3 or 4 times and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Got to the store faster then them picking up. Defeats the purpose of to go order. Today I called she adjusted my order. I get there and still had to wait. She didn't put extra powder sugar in. She put extra syrup which I didn't ask for. I asked for a drink and the girl who took my order took her time to get the stuff.

The staff was very friendly and fast service, however, as far as food was concerned it probably was not the best I ever had and it wasn’t the worst! The meatloaf was my downfall, it had too much oregano in it and overpowered everything else!
