Was disappointed 😢 & it was my first time. My turkey club sandwich 🥪 was chewy the bread was kinda burnt. I asked for decaf coffee ☕️ & it sure disappointed 😞 me once again. Never again for me . My daughter & 2 grandkids looked 👀 satisfied.
Went there this afternoon for my daughter's 18th birthday lunch. She wanted trip tip from. Black Bear as it was our family restaurant in Tulare, California. The waitress was great. But the cook completely dropped the ball. He did not tell the waitress they were out of tri tip until mine and my other daughters food was done. They said they would cook her something else. While our food sat there. Very disappointing for our first time experience at a restaurant we love back home where we moved from.
Our server forgot to ring in my Father’s breakfast on Father’s Day and blamed the kitchen. She didn’t care one bit about her error.

It was dead only us and one other table. I ordered a salad, all the lettuce was old and wilted. My mom order a turkey club and there wasn’t any turkey on it. Also ordered my daughter chicken tenders which came over cooked and hard as rock. The servers and staff were nice but I still had to pay for all our terrible food we didn’t eat.

We went for a bd party for my granddaughter. Food was ok. They sang happy bd to my granddaughter and that was super. I think however there just was too many trying to be helpful and get the food out quickly. That some confusion did happen. Love our waiter. All smiles. My daughter loves bears. I think I would try this place again. We all have our off Days. Everyone has to remember this is Vegas not a mountain. Lol service was fast. Employees super nice. One not so so much kinda rude.
