RecommendedYou really don’t want to know my experience there They had no heating and the person that was to be the manager was a not and should not be in that position and when I asked for more information about those ownership she said she didn’t know and could not give me a business card.

when I sat on the toilet in the men's bathroom I new immediately new the temperature of the water yep it was cold
It took a long time to seat us, even though we had reservations. The Bus person was clearing tables around us and slamming dishes constantly making it hard for my wife and I to converse. My wife found a piece of plastic in her fruit bowl and a long hair in her french toast after eating part of her meal. We briefly were talked to by the manager but she seemed not to really care much. awesome food but don't EVER expect curb side pick up to be on time. I have done this 3 times... my food has been 30-60 minutes late each time and they are unapoligetic. They RUINED Thanksgiving. I am immunocompromised and cant be around people so it is disappointing that I had to go inside the restaurant just to be told my food isn't ready. EPIC FAIL.
i didnt have my phone and they would not give me a paper menu until i told them i wouldnt be having dinner and only until then they brought me one.....NEVER AGAIN at the sahara and durango location

I usually love this place. until today. the waitress was amazing however the kitchen made my plate completely wrong and when I told them the multiple issues the server brought me back the exact same WRONG plate stating that the manager told her the plate was not wrong and that this was my order . I know what I ordered as do the others at my table. several other customers around us could be heard complaining about their food as well.Extremely poor management and customer service. We go to the one in Bullhead City all the time service is great. We waited at least 10 min for a drink and another 30 min for a hamburger. The table behind us was asking where was their food? Long wait.
