Coming from California, heading to Utah and I was debating which is better casino breakfast buffet or diner but Now I know. I ordered an omelette and The avocado was old, I presumed the cook is blind because he/she can't select from a green avocado versus an old black speckled avocado, overall The omelette was too dry. Total price paid + tips $23.19. The theme is nice, plenty of bear stuff to see.

I went there yesterday for St. Patrick's Day dinner. Had to go to the Sahara location because the one down the street from me is being remodeled. When I walked in, the hostess was very busy on the phone and there was nobody else to seat me. When I finally got a table, sat there for quite a while with no waiter or waitress. I waited and waited and finally asked someone to find my server. When she finally came, she didn't realize her station was expanded. No one had told her. When I got my dinner, it was probably the worst ... read more

I GAVE YOU ALL A 5 BECAUSE THE FOOD IS AMAZING. BUT YOUR LOCATION, THE SERVICE IS A ZERO.. PLEASE READ BELOW. Absolutely one of the greatest places I've been to in a while. Will be taking my man there hopefully this weekend. My mom and I went yesterday and it was our first time. We love it!!!! Great history on the place, too. Got a b... read more

The food is fair. Service takes a while but people are friendly. When I want a good breakfast it's better than IHOP and Denny's. Love the country theme reminds me of back home in NM Cloudcroft.

We are frequent customers of Black Bears Diner on Tropicana. We will continue to go to that location. The customer service and food was unfortunately not what we expected. We won't be returning to this location, ever. The location on Tropicana is definitely 5 stars, but not this location! Poor customer service and food wasn't up to par either.
