We weee a little hesitant..it's part of a chain and on a type of "restaurant row" but we weee very near so decided to stop in. First pleasant and awesome surprise was our server Jmi! We sat at the bar because it was pretty crowded and it was an excellent decision because that's how we got Jmi. She is a multitasking phenom with the personality of a warm hug! The food has never disappointed me and my guest who tag along with me to eat . The portion of the meals are pretty good for the buck . We first discovered black bear dinner when visiting in Colorado Springs . And we absolutely fell in love! Especially their bacon ranch with the side of fries !!! Have a great breakfast lunch and dinner menu something for everyone . Great price . Had a few mixed up on the food but was fix fast the staff are happy and good in helping out each other . Bears are everywhere family with small kid love all the bear in their decoration
food and service is always great. Everything tastes like it's made from scratch and the fresh squeezed OJ is my fav!
We were excited to try the breakfast here. I will be coming back! I had the California omelette with jalapeños and fruit. Very delicious and lower calorie option.
What a wonderful addition to the alliance presidio area. Biscuits were true biscuits!! Huge , light and fluffy. Chicken fried steak was a huge portion. My eggs and potatoes were cooked to perfection. It is a little of a beast to leave you have to go back to North tarrant and turn around but other than traffic inconveniences it was a beautiful decor with wonderful food.
I've been here about 10 times since it opened and loved it until recently. Food is going downhill though. Biscuits are huge but hard as a rock and not usually warm. Got hash browns: what wasn't burnt, was raw.
The food is so good! my waffle was so fluffy and good. our waiter was really cool too and the other servers were nice, they made sure to ask if we needed a refill. i love the theme of the restaurant, it feels like colorado. or like a cabin off the side of a lake. its really different and cool. my family members really like this restaurant too
Food and service was excellent if you're in the area do you check it out. Our waiter was very attentive and polite.
